How to get there
Public transportation from Airport to Downtown Oakland - BART train
Most economical and environmental transportation method. It can be
faster and more reliable than other ground transportation options.
From Oakland International Airport:
Take Air BART shuttle from the airport to Coliseum/Oakland Airport
station. The shuttle runs every 10 minutes from 6 am to midnight,
and takes about 20 minutes to the BART station. The fare for AirBART
is $2.00.
At the Coliseum/Oakland Airport station, board a Richmond train and
exit at the 12th Street/City Center station. It takes about 12 minutes.
The BART fare is $1.40. Take the "11th Street" exit and
walk towards 10th Streen on Broadway. The hotel is 1.5 blocks from
the station, 2 minute walk.
From
San Francisco International Airport:
BART station is directly connected to the International Terminal.
Board a Dublin Pleasanton train. At Embarcadero Station in San Francisco,
change to either Richmond or Pittsburg/Bay Point train (east-bound)
and exit at the 12th Street/City Center station. The BART runs every
15 minutes and takes about 55 minutes. The fare is $5.40. Take the
"11th Street" exit and work towards 10th Streen on Broadway.
The hotel is 1.5 blocks from the station, 2 minute walk.

Other
options include taxi cabs and door-to-door shuttle services. Both
costs about the same, and taxi cabs are probably faster and more convenient.
From Oakland International Airport:
